If it's possible to watch it online, I'm not sure if it'd be a justifiable use of my school's Internet connection. If you can't watch it online, I'll turn to channel 28 but probably I'll only see snow.

It is possible to watch it online, I link to it on my blog. Only until Wednesady though, then sbs deletes it from the archives.

Also, if its a clear day (in the radio spectrum) you can see forever. Australia to France is a lot closer than forever. So you should be able to get sbs on channel 28

Having said that, the power of the signal from a dipole decreases with the cube of the distance, which might make things difficult.
